How we handle the personal data collected through this site. In short: we use it only to reply to you, and nothing else.

The controller of the data collected through this site is Digifluss, a sole proprietorship (VAT no. IT11100411211, tax code NSTNLL97E15F839X).

What data we collect
We process the data you submit voluntarily through the contact forms and the guided audit: name, email and, if you choose to provide them, company, website, phone, indicative budget and the project description.
The site does not use its own profiling cookies. Language preferences are handled through the page address, with no tracking.
Why we process it
We use the data solely to reply to your request and, if the dialogue continues, to manage the pre-contractual relationship (art. 6.1.b GDPR). We don't sign you up to newsletters, we don't share data with third parties for marketing, we don't profile.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to manage the dialogue and for a maximum of 24 months, unless a contractual relationship is established.
Third-party services
The site's typefaces are hosted on our own servers: browsing involves no requests to third-party CDNs.
Emails sent through the forms are delivered via our hosting provider's mail service.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data at any time, or object to processing, by writing to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
